Downward facing dog

This is absolutely Ekko favorite position. He does it to relax somehow, and smiles after it. It is funny how he does this, just spontaneously. He does it everywhere, in the house, on the concrete, in the grass and on the beach. It usually doesn’t take long but he sure enjoys it and feels so grounded to the earth and his surroundings! He is such a peaceful and relaxed human being in mind and spirit.

Dit is absoluut Ekko zijn favoriete positie. Hij doet het om te ontspannen, en lacht nadien. Het is grappig hoe hij het doen, gewoon uit zichzelf, spontaan. Hij doet het overal, in het huis, in het gras en op het strand. Het duurt meestal niet lang maar hij geniet er van en voelt zich verbonden met de aarde en haar omgeving. Hij is zo een vredevol en ontspannen persoon in geest en ziel.
